BEAUTY FROM NATURE? OR BEAUTY KILLS A GIRL? WHICH one U CHOOSE?

ASSALAMUALAIKUM!!bkn hantu KUM2 tu eh!haha..

let's talk bout BEAUTY, girls!

>>many girls r dying to look pretty..some of us also pay more than what they hv only to look better than others..here's some tips FROM NATURE to look pretty...& also some DISASTER tips i hope u ALL dun try to follow it..huhu..

1)Best-Kept Beauty Secrets from NATURE!! (try it)
FACE

For smooth skin, crush four uncoated aspirins and mix 1 cup distilled water and 1⁄4 cup apple cider vinegar. Use this 2-3 times a day for incredibly smooth skin and as an alternative to washing your face in the morning.

Once a week, use a natural honey face mask for softer skin and cleansed pores. Honey is a natural anti-bacterial and the best type to use is a raw honey, which usually has a sugary texture and doesn’t drip like processed honey.

If you have sensitive acne-prone skin, stay away from rich spicy foods, which only irritate and inflame your system.

Sleep. Staying up too late or not getting enough sleep wreaks havoc on your skin, causing it to look dull, tired, and likely leading to breakouts.

Use patchouli oil to quickly get rid of acne. Mix ten drops of this strong smelling oil with ten ounces of almond oil as a nightly moisturizer and anti-wrinkle treatment.

HAIR

For soft hair, massage your head with rich coconut oil once a week, working it into your hair. Leave it in there for about three hours prior to washing it out with shampoo. Use just a dab of conditioner at the ends.

For shiny hair, mix one egg with a mashed up banana and apply it as a thick paste to your hair. Leave it on for 10-30 minutes, depending on your hair texture. Then, wash it out as usual and use conditioner only at the ends.

For natural hair dye, use henna and add in a bit of lemon to the paste. Leave it in your hair for about thirty minutes to one hair for a natural reddish/auburn tint.

To eliminate build up, rinse your hair with one cup of apple cider vinegar, followed by a minimal use of shampoo.

Washing your hair with boiled rice water is also a great alternative for shiny hair.

BODY

Use a mixture of pure olive oil with 1/2 parts sea salt as an in-shower body scrub. This combo completely eliminates the need for lotion and is great for winter weather.

Make sure you get in some sort of physical activity. Our mothers and grandmothers stayed in shape with simple stretches, and not grueling hours at the gym. Try reaping the benefits of yoga as a way to maintain your girlish figure

2) SACRIFICE FOR BEAUTY (avoid it if u can)

WRAP OUR BODY WITH PLASTIC

The theory behind this myth is that your body will sweat away the pounds while you merrily go about your daily business. It’s true that plastic wrap, makes you sweat like a pig, but it can also make you faint from heat exhaustion. Those that promote it recommend you “keep a scissors handy” just in case you feel faint or go nuts. The problem is, for all your trouble and discomfort, you won’t lose many inches (if at all) and you’ll put that water weight loss back in a day or less.

COSMETIC SURGERY

yes!everyday we could see on TV..so many celebs r using this way to stay beautiful...n YES..its work for them..but DONT FORGET! nothing is going perfect!

While we may look at an over-tightened face lift and think it’s strange and even a bit tragic, the person with that wind-swept face may feel 20 years younger. And while many ethical plastic surgeons will turn away a patient who is asking for something that the surgeon feels is not in his or her best interest, there will always be another surgeon who will do it.

Who’s to say, after all, how smooth is too smooth, and how tight is too tight? Of course you’ve heard the saying, “You can never be too rich or too thin.” Should the saying be extended to include too smooth, too tight, too firm, and too busty?

there's a lot of bad plastic surgery out there...let see some pics :

so...still u try this way to be beautiful??huhu...i won't say a thing bout it..juz think wisely okeyh!

BOTOX

Botox Cosmetic is an injected liquid used to treat frown lines, squint and smile lines, nasal crunch lines, and horizontal forehead wrinkles. By relaxing the underlying muscles, these lines become less deep.

Side effects include bruising, eyebrow or eyelid droops, and a termporary headache, and rare flu-like symptoms have been reported. Many of the side effects that are listed for Botox are seen when large amounts are injected for medical purposes as opposed to the small amounts used for cosmetic purposes. Very rare allergic reactions have been reported.

You’ve seen it on television: it’s that completely unnatural frozen look, or worse, where the poor person almost looks like she’s had a stroke, one side of her face completely different than the other. The point is, Botox is not a cookie-cutter procedure. In the hands of a good injector, it can create a marvelously natural look that makes you more refreshed- and relaxed-looking. In my opinion, the goal of Botox is no wrinkles, not no movement!

>>>>so now i hope all of u..have decide what d best for u girls..so..stay pretty n stay healthy!<<<<
~love  for real~
